This privacy policy sets out how Seabright Live Ltd uses and protects any information that you give the company (“we”, “us”) when you use this and associated websites including trainspottinglive.com, pottedpotter.com and others under our control. What we do with the information we gather

When you are creating an account (online, on the phone or in person), we will request your specific consent to do this. You can update your preferences at any time within the relevant box office system or via the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  • Our online competitions are independent, and are run and administered by Seabright Live Limited, sometimes on behalf of Potted Productions Limited.
  • See above for more information on how we will use any personal data you provide in our Privacy Policy.
  • The nominated judge will choose competition winner/s based on their personal preference and their decision is final. The criteria for entries is as set out in the social media post about the competition and below.
  • Competition winners must get in touch with their postal address when contacted by us via social media in order for us to supply their prize. If they do not get in touch, they will not receive their prize.
  • Entries must be created without violating social distancing rules and guidance.
  • Entries which infringe copyright will be ineligible.
  • We will repost winning entries on both Twitter and Facebook when we announce competition winners and possibly at other times with the successful entrant/s credited via handle or tag.
  • On Twitter, anyone found using multiple accounts to enter our competitions will be ineligible in line with Twitter’s policy.
  • Our competitions are not endorsed by or part of any partnership with Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platforms.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter our competitions and related purchases do not enhance chance of winning.
  • Competitions are open to entrants of any age unless otherwise specified or required by the relevant platform.
